An Update on Coronavirus

The health, safety, and well being of our employees, clients, and community has and always will be our top priority. As we continue to monitor the ever-evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we will stay committed and dedicated to providing and maintaining our high standards of care and service provision.

We understand that our services

are essential and provision of care

will remain uninterrupted. The following

efforts are in place to prevent the spread

of COVID-19:

  • All employees of Peaceful Living Home Care who are involved in the In-home care of our clients must follow and abide by our policies and procedures for Infection Control issues.

  • All employees of Peaceful Living Home Care have completed MANDATORY COVID-19 Caregiver Training on how to stay safe and keep those in our care safe as well.

  • All caregivers will administer daily self-checks to confirm the absence of any symptoms of COVID-19.

  • All caregivers will wash there hands immediately upon entering the home any of our clients

  • All caregivers will utilize the necessary PPE (gloves, face masks, etc...) when on assignment with any of our clients.

  • If a staff member has symptoms such as coughing, fever, or malaise, they should immediately stop work, contact management, and plan to self isolate at home.

  • We are asking all clients to refrain from having visitors as we gather more information on how to control the spread of COVID-19.

We would also like to remind everyone of these general measures (for everyone):

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water before and after any physical interaction.

  • Avoid touching your mouth, eyes or nose with your hands.

  • Cough and sneeze etiquette is encouraged.

  • Use alcohol-based sanitizers in addition to frequent hand-washing. Carry small bottles of alcoholic disinfectant to use when hand-washing facilities are unavailable.

  • If any client begins to experience symptoms such as coughing, fever or malaise, we will encourage them to contact their physician prior to going to a hospital.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed. For more information about COVD-19 and what you can do to keep healthy and safe, visit the Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov or your local health department's website.
